MP3 Download Instructions

Please read these instructions and follow them in sequence!

1) Click “Order Now” for item you wish to purchase

PAYMENT

2) A new window will open for our webpage at Paypal (our payment processor). You will see the name of the MP3 file(s) you are purchasing, and the price.

A. If you have a Paypal account: You can log in using your Paypal password. The next screen will again show you the name of the MP3 file(s) you are purchasing, and the price. Click “Pay” to purchase the file(s).

B. If you do not have a Paypal account: Click “Continue” under “Don’t have a Paypal account?” Or if you do not see that question, click “sign up now” (actually this link will allow you to input your payment information without starting an account.) The next screen will again show you the name of the MP3 file(s) you are purchasing, and the price. Enter your name, billing address and credit or debit card information to purchase the file(s). When you are ready to proceed click “Pay.”

3) Paypal will display a message like this to confirm your payment was made:

Thank you! You've sent a secure payment of $4.95 USD to Vedanta Archives through PayPal. You'll receive an email receipt shortly.

You are now done with Paypal’s payment processing.

DOWNLOAD

4) To proceed with the download process, click “Return to Merchant.”

5) You will see the following message from our server:

Thank you! We are now personalizing your Swami Sridharananda Bhagavad Gita Retreat Set 1. After clicking on the CONTINUE button below, it may take several minutes to prepare your download, so please be patient, and do not click on the button more than once.

6) When you are done reading the message, click “Continue.” PLEASE WAIT!

7) Personalization Screen

A. If you are purchasing a SINGLE Vedanta lecture, it should take only a few seconds for the “Personalization Screen” to appear. When the message appears, read the message.

B. If you are purchasing a SET of talks, it will take several MINUTES for the “Personalization Screen” to appear. You will not see a progress bar, but please wait while the computer is getting the files from our server, bundling them into a zip file, personalizing your copies, and creating your confirmation email. If you are purchasing a batch of files, this process will take several minutes! Please wait until the “Personalization Screen” appears.

8) When the word “Download” appears at the bottom of the Personalization Screen, please click “Download” to start downloading your file(s).

9) You should see your computer downloading the file(s). If you do not see your web browser’s “Download Manager” it may be blocked by your web browser window. Try looking on your computer’s desktop.

A. If you are using a high speed DSL modem, download time for a single Vedanta lecture should be approximately one minute. If you are purchasing a SET of files, please allow 5-10 minutes for the download. Your computer should have a download bar or progress window to monitor the process.

B.If you are using a dial-up modem, download time might take an hour for one lecture. You may prefer to purchase the MP3 files on data CD instead of downloading the files. If so, please contact us for more information.

10) The purchased MP3 files will be downloaded in a “zip” file on your computer’s desktop. Your computer should decompress the file automatically and a folder will appear on your desktop with the name of the talks you purchased.

The MP3 files are in the folder “Songs” inside the downloaded folder.
